Slow Flow:

Slow Flow is a slow flow-based practice set to an hour-long sequence of crafted music.

You will build endurance and move with intention through sequences that strengthen foundations for a strong and impactful practice.

Vinyasa:

Vinyasa Flow is a flow-based practice set to an hour-long sequence of crafted music.

Building both strength and flexibility, this class will explore dynamic, energetic poses that bring your practice to the next level.

Submersion:

An hour-long yoga meditative yoga practice, soundtracked to a live ambient DJ set. Dive into a slow-moving, restorative practice, submersing yourself into a calm, dream-like state by the end of the class.
