We’re creating a space where wellness, community, and rhythm collide. Start your journey with mindful movement through mat pilates, then flow straight into a vibrant, alcohol-free day rave powered by connection, curiosity, and matcha.

Exposure Therapy is all about stepping outside your comfort zone and opening yourself up to new sounds, sensations, and experiences. Whether you're coming to stretch, to sway, or to sip — you’ll leave with more than you came for.

Includes:

✔️ Full Exposure Therapy experience

Note:

🧘 Please bring your own mat for pilates.

🎒 A designated storage area will be available after the session so you can store your belongings and dance freely.

Includes:

✔️ Access to Rave session only (4PM–8PM)

✔️ One handcrafted matcha drink by Habit

✔️ Full Exposure Therapy experience (minus the mat!)

Terms and Conditions:

Age Restriction: This is an all-ages event, but minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Dress Code: Please dress comfortably but expressively — we love to see your style and personality shine!

No flip-flops or active wear (excluding ticket holders of the Full Flow Pass), excessively casual dressing.

Prohibited Items: No illegal substances, weapons, or outside food and drinks are allowed.

Behavior: Please respect the space, the community, and fellow guests. Disruptive or harmful behavior will not be tolerated.

Entry: Entry is subject to venue capacity and safety regulations.

Liability: The organizers and venue are not responsible for any personal loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event.

Changes and Cancellations: The organizers reserve the right to make changes or cancel the event if necessary.

Refunds and Exchanges: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is canceled.

Photography & Media Consent: By attending, you consent to photos and videos being taken and used for future promotional purposes.
