Returning for their monthly Sunday Soiree, Sivilian Affairs' Friendly Waters series invites Thai DJ Elaheh, supported by Sivilian Affairs co-founder Miss Lil, and young talents Hammy and Poh.

Elaheh brings a fluid flow through minimal, dub, acid, techno, house, and breaks, delivering sets with intent and purpose. With a natural feel for the dance floor, she creates the right energy for every moment, whether kicking off the night, commanding the peak hours, or carrying the vibe deep into after-hours.

Born and raised in Bangkok, she has spent the past several years, honing her sound across a wide range of settings in the city's underground. Her selections reflect both personal influences and a strong appreciation for the broader history of electronic music.

With regular appearances at festivals and clubs across Thailand, Southeast Asia and beyond, including Wonderfruit and Houghton Festival, Elaheh has become a sought after selector audiences know and trust to keep the crowd fully locked in.

Ticket Validity & Entry

Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified.
Entry is subject to venue capacity, security checks, and compliance with venue rules.
All ticket holders must present valid ID matching their ticket purchase for entry, with a minimum age of 21.
RASA reserves the right to refuse entry without refund for reasons including intoxication, inappropriate behaviour, or breach of venue policies.

Refunds & Cancellations

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by RASA.
If an event is canceled, refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method.
If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Requests for refunds must be made within a specified timeframe.

Resale & Scalping

Tickets purchased from third-party vendors, unauthorised resellers, or scalpers may be voided.
Reselling tickets at a higher price than face value is strictly prohibited.

Event Liability

The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, belongings, or injuries sustained at the event.

Photography

By purchasing a ticket and attending an event at RASA, guests consent to a no flash photography policy within the FLOOR venue.
