Sivilian Affairs is sprinkling its Celestial Seasonings over RASA Hall and Floor, bringing Japanese selector DJ Masda to the decks. On support duties: local talent Dez, Sivilian Affairs co-founder Miss Lil, and Rabbit Taxi from Australia. Over at Hall, Loyboy, POH and Vix of the 5210PM crew kick off the night with fun disco grooves.

Spinning records since the '90s, DJ Masda has reached master crate-digger status through his vinyl-only sets loaded with stripped back house & techno gems you didn’t know you needed. He co-founded Cabaret Recordings alongside So Inagawa, a label that’s helped shine a light on new directions in house and techno by artists from Japan and Europe.

Always bringing fresh picks and deep cuts to the decks, DJ Masda has built a cult following likeminded selectors and dancers. Now splitting his time between Berlin and Japan, he's brought his sound to underground spots to like Club der Visionaere, as well as some of the world's best clubs and festivals including Berghain’s Panorama Bar, Bassiani’s Horoom, Dimensions, Dekmantel, Labyrinth and Houghton.

On top of gigs and label duties, Masda oversees A&R at Tokyo’s Energy Flash Distribution, scouting for new talent and supporting next-wave producers in the underground. This night's about the records, the builds, and that late-night groove music heads never get tired of.

Ticket Validity & Entry

Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified.
Entry is subject to venue capacity, security checks, and compliance with venue rules.
All ticket holders must present valid ID matching their ticket purchase for entry, with a minimum age of 21.
RASA reserves the right to refuse entry without refund for reasons including intoxication, inappropriate behaviour, or breach of venue policies.

Refunds & Cancellations

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by RASA.
If an event is canceled, refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method.
If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Requests for refunds must be made within a specified timeframe.

Resale & Scalping

Tickets purchased from third-party vendors, unauthorised resellers, or scalpers may be voided.
Reselling tickets at a higher price than face value is strictly prohibited.
Event Liability
The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, belongings, or injuries sustained at the event.
Photography
By purchasing a ticket and attending an event at RASA, guests consent to a no flash photography policy within the FLOOR venue.
Code of Conduct
Harassment, discrimination, or any behaviour that violates RASA’s values of respect and inclusivity will result in immediate ejection.
Attendees must comply with all local laws and venue rules, including responsible consumption
