This transformative session weaves together chakra-aligned movement and the healing resonance of live DJ beats, creating a pathway to energetic renewal and a deeper connection to your soul through the power of dance and rhythm.

We begin with a guided meditation to center and ground your energy. From this stillness, you'll move into guided dance movements designed to awaken and activate the vital life force energy that flows through your seven chakras. With live DJ music guiding your movement, you'll allow your body to express and release what's ready to go—helping to clear blockages and free the energy in your body through joyful, liberating movement.

As the music peaks and your energy reaches its height, we'll gradually slow the rhythm, bringing you back to stillness for integration.
