Session Structure (60 minutes total)

15-minute Chakra Meditation:

Weekly rotating chakra focus using AURAL Chakra Balancing Kit audio
Targeted meditation for the featured chakra of the week
Chakra-specific affirmations and visualization

45-minute Full Spectrum Sound Bath:

Healing frequencies for all seven chakras
Sonic experience using healing instruments: Tibetan Singing Bowls, TingSha, Bells, Rainstick, African Cabalonga
Complete energetic realignment and integration
